"A Night For Brenda" was a huge success! We were surprised and honored to have both the Lieutenant Governor of Michigan Garlin Gilchrist II and the Mayor of Southfield Dr. Kenson Siver. It was announced that February 10th is now known as BRENDA PERRYMAN DAY in the city of Southfield!

2023 OUTSTANDING ARTIST SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT
Caleb Burks was presented with a $3,000 scholarship by former student Orna Spencer at his graduation June 9, 2023. This was such a special way to celebrate Brenda's 75th Heavenly Birthday, honoring young artists in their pursuit of creative excellence. He has plans to attend Juilliard in the fall as a dance major.
